MinTIC needed support overcoming regulatory and geographic challenges to expand coverage in La Guajira. Widelity provided network strategy expertise and worked with stakeholders to design practical, sustainable solutions that advance Colombia’s national connectivity goals.

Barry Graves

Barry has over 25 years of experience in design and deployment of wireless communications systems, including public safety 2-way radio, point-to-point broadband wireless, macro cellular networks, and in-building wireless distributed antenna systems. His experience includes R&D and product management, network engineering, site acquisition, and construction.

His previous positions include Director of Engineering at InnerWireless, Director of Broadband Wireless Engineering at XO Communications, Director of Broadband Wireless Engineering at Nortel Networks, and Senior Product Manager at Nortel Networks.

Barry has significant international experience, having completed in-building projects in China and Hong Kong. His career has also taken him to Singapore, Pakistan, Israel and several European locations.
